Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ years of sophisticated, complex civil litigation experience, and be a passionate, highly motivated, dynamic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills — and above all a team player. Specific cyber/data/privacy litigation experience is highly valued.
The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research abilities, and superb writing and oral communication skills. This position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility in managing all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including working directly with clients, managing all aspects of discovery (with the support of Firm’s industry-leading eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team), taking and defending depositions, making court appearances and handling oral argument at key hearings, handling mediations, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
*The expected salary range for this position is between $420,000.00-$470,000.00, plus bonus
**Firm is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to their attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Firm’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
