SUMMARY

Our client is seeking corporate attorneys for Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Texas offices. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities and/or finance transactions. Applicable bar admission required for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is interested. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required. They offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program.

Required

• Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school (T14 school is preferred.)
• Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

The salary range for this position is $245,000.00-$450,000.00, plus bonus
