Job Description
We are seeking compliance professionals with experience with Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to work remotely on an immediate long-term assignment project. The consultants will be handling compliance issues primarily under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Creating compliance calendars
- Review of emails
- Drafting memoranda
- Dealing with various forms such as Form ADV, Form 13F, Form PF
- Handling compliance issues in connection with banking and investment
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 5+ year of experience with Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940
- Must have experience in the compliance arena especially in banking and investment
- Must have ability to virtually work with reliable and secured computer/internet capability
- Be detailed-oriented, reliable, organized and excellent writing and communication skills
- Capable of committing to the duration of assignment
