Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD

The qualified candidate is experienced in reviewing and analyzing commercial real estate due diligence including title, survey, zoning, organizational documents and resolutions, and UCC/litigation searches; drafting estoppel certificates and SNDAs; abstracting complex recorded title documents such as ground leases, CCRs, and easements; and managing, coordinating, and tracking closing and post-closing documents. The successful candidate is detail-oriented; is comfortable interfacing directly with title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel; works well independently; has polished written and verbal communication skills; and excels at managing deadlines and multiple work streams. Proficient/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

** The anticipated base salary for this position is $80,000.00-$100,000.00, plus overtime and bonus.  The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
