In-House Corporate Paralegal

Summary
This role is on the Legal, Compliance, and Counterparty Governance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage legal entity registrations and renewals, and ensure good standing of company and client entities
- Maintain up-to-date company records, LCCG files and folders, corporate structure chart, and form library
- Coordinate electronic signatures via DocuSign, and wet-ink signatures and notarizations
- Manage law firm onboardings and processes for intaking, reviewing, tracking, and approving legal bills
- Intake and log service of process for litigation matters and other corporate or asset-level notices
- Assist with drafting, formatting, proofreading, reviewing, and redlining documents
- Prepare notices, letters, memoranda, powers of attorney, process documents, and other documentation
- Actively listen, participate, and take professional and accurate notes in meetings and track follow-up items
- Perform or support LCCG projects, research, and organizational tasks, and provide back-up coverage for teammates
Qualifiations
- Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience at law firms and/or in-house legal departments
- Experience managing legal entities, corporate recordkeeping, and preparing and reviewing documents
- Corporate and transactional practice area experience, with real estate and/or litigation experience a plus
- Excellent writing, research, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently and thrive in a collaborative environment, remotely or in-person
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Box, Adobe Pro, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and DocuSign
- Prior experience or willingness to learn platforms such as monday.com, Confluence, Jira, and similar software
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with high ethical and professional standards

Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and location.
